Maruti Suzuki has announced the launch of its latest Grand Vitara SUV in India, which is fitted with a four-cylinder, 2.4-litre (instead of the older model’s 2.0-litre) petrol engine. This engine, which features variable valve timing (VVT) technology, produces 163.5 horsepower and 225Nm of torque.
The new Grand Vitara comes with 4-mode 4WD, disc brakes all around, 17-inch alloy wheels, 6-CD changer, multi information display (MID) instrumentation and is priced at Rs 16.67 lakh for the manual transmission version and Rs 17.97 lakh for the automatic.
