First official pics, video: KTM 125 Duke

The KTM 125 Duke, which has apparently been co-developed by the Austrian company KTM and Indian two-wheeler major, Bajaj, certainly looks good!

This is the first official video of the all-new Bajaj-KTM 125 Duke, which will go on sale in India later this year. The bike definitely looks good, but leaves us a bit confused. With a 125cc single-cylinder engine, it can't possibly offer a great deal of performance and yet it's also likely to be expensive. More expensive than a Pulsar 220. So how does the KTM 125 Duke fit into the scheme of things? Performance bike enthusiasts aren't very likely to buy a 125 and for regular 125cc commuter-bike buyers, the KTM isn't going to fit into their budgets. So where does that leave this bike?

If the mini-Duke had a 250cc engine, then we'd really be talking! :-)
