Yamaha FZ1 launched in India, priced at Rs 8.70 lakh
India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd. has launched its naked sportsbike – the FZ1 – in India. Fitted with a 998cc four-cylinder engine that produces about 140 horsepower, the bike carries a price tag of Rs 8.70 lakh, ex-showroom Delhi. ‘India is one of the key markets for Yamaha and we have been constantly shifting gears to transform the market from utility to pleasure and lifestyle,’ said Hiroyuki Suzuki, CEO and Managing Director, India Yamaha Motor.
